General Principles Our courses, quizzes, and educational content are digital assets that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because digital content is consumable and copyable immediately upon access, we maintain strict rules regarding refunds. ### 2. Refund Eligibility Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a course is purchased and access to the video lessons or course materials is granted on your dashboard, you are not eligible for a refund. We encourage students to watch free promotional videos or review the course outline before completing a purchase. ### 3. Approved Refund Methods and Timelines * **Refund Method:** If your refund is approved under our conditions, the funds will be issued back exclusively to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or mobile wallet) used during the initial transaction. * **Timeline:** Please note that approved refunds may take between five (5) to fourteen (14) business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies and payment gateway (Paymob) processing timelines. We have no control over bank processing delays. ### 4. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible) If you qualify for a refund, you must submit a formal request: 1.
